Forming machine repairs
We perform repairs of forming machines – mainly presses manufactured by TOMA Trnava (before Šmeral Trnava – product lines LEN, LENA, LEXN, LENP) and VSS, a.s. Košice – lines LE, LEK. We also offer repairs of additional equipment used in press manufacturing (decoilers, straighteners, feeders).
To our product portfolio we ensure delivery of original spare parts. You can choose between comprehensive service including exchange of spare parts or just delivery of required parts.
Machine migrations
We offer help with migration of machines or entire production lines to a new working area. This service has a comprehensive character. We ensure disconnecting of wiring, machine manipulation, mains and wiring reconnection and finally checking its full functionality.
Reconstruction of machine electroinstallation – general overhaul
One of important parts of our service portfolio is reconstruction of used or not working machine electroinstallations. This ensures, that machine meets the latest technical standards, which leads to an enhancement in safety and operator comfort. In the reconstruction, we use only high reliable parts – programmable PLC manufactured by Siemens (line SIMATIC S7), safety modules PREVENTA by Schneider Electric, frequency inverters and servo inverters by Lenze, Siemens, Control Techniques.

For machine electroinstallations, we ensure deliveries of electrical components, for example control pushbuttons and signalizing lights, relays, limit switches, programmable PLC, foot switches, two-hand controls, electro-enclosures, cables and wires manufactured by leading companies as Schneider Electric, Siemens, Rittal, Sarel. These are warranty for quality and reliability.
